International award winners and emerging talents from Austria take centre stage here. Soprano Martina Neubauer, winner of the 2022 Lions Music Prize Austria, can look back on her Konzerthaus debut at »Musica Juventutis«, as can our »Great Talent« Anja MittermĂŒller. Following two »Schubertiades« with Sir AndrĂĄs Schiff, the latter is now part of the core group of young musicians supported by the Wiener Konzerthaus.
Making their debuts are French trumpeter Robin Paillet, winner of First Prize and the Audience Award at the 2025 ARD International Music Competition, conductor Johannes Beranek, who was awarded the Karl Ăsterreicher Prize last June, and Dutch pianist Nikola Meeuwsen, winner of the most recent Concours Reine Elisabeth. Philharmonic bassoonist Sophie Dervaux can be experienced for the first time as a conductor.
