THE BIRD SELLER is about the corrupt game and woodruff master Baron Weps, his hormone-driven nephew Stanislaus and the likeable Tyrolean Adam, who dreams of a marriage in the Alps with his Christel from the post office rather than a secured position of a zoo director.
Of course, misunderstandings in affairs of the heart, but all of which dissolve into pleasure, play a not insignificant role.
But once again, under the motto "Never fight with women, you'll easily be haggle, it does not do courage alone, you also have to be smart" proving that in the operetta the female gender is by no means the "weak one".
